After 24 hours, I remembered that using Macrium Reflect (https://www.macrium.com/reflectfree) is enough to transfer your system to SSD through cloning.
Just follow the instruction for using it, you're supposed to boot from the software's OS.
I did this twice and I forgot how to do it. This post is also me remembering it so I don't have to waste another 24 hours in the future relearning it.
