They know it's bad, you know it's bad, why do you need to put so many bad and negative words in that? It won't increase their hatred to smoking, they might even start to hate the messenger for using such mean word instead. Put a little two and two together, I bet that those billboard are put there by the large tax money this country enjoys from tobbacco. Stop being a hipocrit, either stop biting the hand that feeds you or stop eating from that generous hand (and oh what lucritive hand that is to this country).
I appreciate the ban on smoking in government and public places instead. They convine the smokers and give them appropriate facilities to keep smoking. If you want, keep increasing levy on ciggies. Just don't waste that precious tax money on useless anti smoking billboard. Fund a school instead, fix the road, do something usefull instead
