No matter what platform I'm in, I always need a function like sticky notes. I have a friend who literally post Post-It notes on his phone.
Windows 7 have sticky notes. Press the windows button and type in sticky notes, you'll get there.
Problem is, I don't like the fonts. I'm more of a Calibri or Ubuntu person. This link at Superuser.com explain how to change that. You only need a notepad or MUI editor. Basically you're tricking the link of the font to another font that you want, but it does the trick.
