There is a steep learning curve if potential users don't intuitively get how to use your product, let alone
having dedicated outlets to explain it. Don't get me wrong, I think the future in database is somewhere in cloud computing (doesn't necessarily have to be in one provider), but I think there is a missing link between what providers can offer and what the users need.
