A "tiny" game called Tiny Tower lets you manage a tower with apartments and place of businesses (restaurants, cafes, etc). Employee of those place of businesses are tenants of your apartment. Best recruitment is hiring the person with similar dream job with the job actually taken.
Here's the interesting part. There's a menu that imitates Facebook. What's in it? You're to monitor the emotions of the tenants/employees through their status updates. Oh my!
This reminds me, when I worked in an office, the bosses regularly monitor their employee's facebook status (oh yes, it actually happens, so mind yours). So what the employees did was, they set their security settings to exclude all their bosses. There went a dance of hide and seek, calling bosses names and hiding it from them.
This brings out a funny memory. That's why I still play it.
