I saw this error today when trying to buy a book:

I was so frustrated that no link to directly speak to anybody in Google is available. Tried this after deleting and adding the default Google account:

1. Clear data in "Google play store" , "Google Play services" and "Google services Framework"
2. Restart your phone
3. Try to purchase some app
After a while, tried deleting my credit cards in Google wallet and then re adding the same card:
1. Remove all cards and addresses
2. Re add card and address
I think the latter did it. Now I can buy Raditya's newest book.
Too bad it doesn't support Indonesian read aloud. Why is that? No trouble with Quraish Shihab's Lentera Hati.
