Windows Store is Embarassed to Admit that It Can't Update (2) - If you still can't do it

Tried an option for update because Window Store won't update as prescribed on my previous posting here.

Turned out that:
  1. I didn't have the 10240 version
  2. Couldn't get any update from the current version
So I did this:
  1. Reset the version back fresh (version 10162).
  2. Ran Windows Update.
  3. All is okay again, so this should enable the Windows Store.
