Trouble doing business in Indonesia? Tell that to the authorities

I was irked learning that Blackberry would rather make a plant in Malaysia than Indonesia albeit Indonesia being the largest Blackberry market around (read it in a Crackberry article here). Then I saw a possible enlightenment to the problem. Google is complaining of having to have a data center in Indonesia due to unreliable source of power.
I dig that, Google, but trying to get out of it is not the answer. Built your data center here, let the government worry about the power.
